people getting involved in his personal business with the real people in his life... could not be me! they somehow have latched on to the idea that they're his great and only protectors (even though in actuality they are complete strangers) and must leap to his defence at every opportunity when they could simply...scroll on by and go about their day.
Fans haters random people it’s soooooo… 😭 like we don’t know this man nor is he listening to the advice of random internet strangers who as previously stated knows nothing about his life or his career behind the scenes

The cost of micromanagement is rarely noticed by micromanagers. In fact, most of them believe they are building a work design for maximum productivity without realizing they are rather hurting the company badly.
In an earlier episode of my podcast, I talked about how micromanagers are created, and the destructive effects that they can have on their team. The fact of the matter is that no one likes to have every step of their work critiqued and questioned. It doesn’t inspire productivity; it just leads to burnout and rebellion. ___________________________ On the flip side, completely stepping back and letting your team do whatever they want, whenever they want doesn’t necessarily accomplish productivity either. The phrase “when the cat is away, the mice are at play” does hold some weight. Completely unsupervised teams tend to get side-tracked, causing them to miss deadlines and upset your customers. In order to stay productive, you will have to find a way to keep your team accountable, without being a micromanager. ___________________________ Over the years, I’ve found several ways to accomplish this. Some of these methods were taught to me by friends, coworkers and bosses, but to be honest, most of them were learned through trial and error. I’d like to give you some of the tactics that I’ve used to hold the people who have worked for me accountable, without crossing that thin line into micromanagement. ___________________________ Head over to my website and read my newest article to read more! ___________________________ #business #management #micromanagers #businesstips
