It's funny, we call the ship Flinthamiltons, and for obvious reasons, but at no point when any of them are together do they go by those names. James is still McGraw in London, Miranda is Barlow on Nassau, and Silver "unmakes" Flint before returning him to Thomas at the boyfriend farm.
I have no greater insight here. I just think about the three of them constantly.
