Least favourite character

While there are multiple characters who I dislike, one name popped up when I read this question.

Magic Council member: Michello

He's selfish, rude, mean, an ass, why wasn't he killed during the Tartaros arc... I hate the dude.

I mean... when you have read/watched it, you know what happens in this scene

That poor lady.

Yes, there are more character who I hate like I said, but most of them redeem themselves or they are killed or they gradually never show up again. This dude was a member of the Council and only spat insults about Fairy Tail. This was his moment to show some good, but he blew it. Prik.
