A breakdown of my Metroid Cinematica album, for those who asked :)  Actually kinda tricky because I tend to intertwine so many different themes in a single track that I basically had to go back and listen to the whole thing just to remember what I did :P
Here's my big showdown piece from Metroid Cinematica. Â Due to the 'sameness' of pretty much all the Ridley battle themes, I decided to take things in a different direction. Â I came up with a more melodic identity for the villain, focusing on the drama between Samus and the demonic leader and the idea that this duel was a many years-long buildup, so it would feel important and have more weight than just a 'video game boss' type song. Â Â
Trailer for my big remix album, Metroid Cinematica! Nearly a year in the making, over an hour and a half of music, with themes from across the series, re-imagined in epic film score fashion.  Primarily a symphonic soundtrack with an electronic presence, it's available now at Loudr.fm! Also on iTunes, Google Play, and more!
