I've been coming back to Metroid over and over, the last time it was in 2024 with this take on Super Metroid, also for a Luminist soundtrack. I got to experience the original game on the NES back in 1990, and I think it will always be my favorite in the series.
Got to do a lot of sculpting for this one, and even 3d printed out some of the creatures for fun.

So, cool detail I just noticed in Metroid Prime 3: The spires and pods in SkyTown, Elysia all have unique, ornate holograms above their entrance(s) - each one denoting the purpose of that particular structure.
