The dress is from the Schiaparelli Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2020 show as part of Paris Fashion Week on January 20, 2020 in Paris (https://graziamagazine.com/articles/haute-couture-fashion-week-is-here-and-for-the-first-time-youre-all-invited/)
The fish is a Blue acara (Andinoacara pulcher, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_acara), a cichlid commonly found in Venezuela and Trinidad.
The gems in the original were all different, and the design is quite peculiar, but as I'm trying to keep this to quick sketches, it was a bit out of scope drawing them one by one.
