I just want Homura to finally be happy π
But honestly, I want to see what Homura's new post-Rebellion world is like! And I want to see when/how Madoka wakes up and realizes she's the Law of Cycles, as conflict regarding that has been HEAVILY teased in the marketing of this movie as well as in the ending of Rebellion itself.
I also want to see if the magical girl system can truly be reformed with both Madoka and Homura's powers combined, or at least if shunting all the misfortune onto the Incubators as shown in Rebellion (DESERVED!!!) is a viable long-term solution.

something tragic i noticed last time i watched madoka, really goes to show how isolated mami was. everyone noticed sayaka missing right away but it took until episode 11 for someone to say "i hear there's an upperclassman who hasn't been showing up lately" (or something like that) it took that long for mami's disappearance to be considered noteowrthy
Yeah, Homura outright says in episode 4 that Mami doesn't have any friends or relatives who regularly check on her so it will be a long time before she's reported missing:
Magical girls like Sayaka who live with family and have a lot of friends have their disappearances noticed right away, whereas orphaned (and/or runaway) magical girls like Mami can go weeks to months to years before their absence is noted, if ever. And because Kyubey targets desperate girls, the number of them who are orphaned or have dysfunctional/absent families is higher than average.
It really is very sad, that magical girls like Mami can just disappear forever and only fellow magical girls will notice and mourn their loss.
