“Are you sure you’re alright?” Sky asked after Wind sneezed for what had to be the millionth time.

“Yes,” the Sailor answered stubbornly, scowling as he dragged his sleeve across his nose while he sniffled. Sky winced at the sight but thankfully left it alone.

Hyrule, however, wasn’t as nice. “I don’t know,” he said, eyebrows furrowed as he looked the youngest Hero over, his hands on his hips. “You’ve been sneezing an awful lot lately, and you weren’t before we went through that portal.”

Wind’s scowl deepened. “I’m fine, ‘Rulie,” he huffed, waving him off. “Y’don’t need to baby me just ‘cause I’m younger than all of you.”

“But we’re not-”

“It’s fine,” Time chimed in, ever the diplomat. “If Wind says that he’s fine, then we trust him. We can worry about it if he starts to lag behind when we’re fighting or travelling.”

Hyrule opened his mouth to argue, clearly upset with how easily the concern was being brushed off, but a stern look from Time was enough to get him to relent.

Wind watched quietly as Hyrule wandered over to where Legend and Wild were sitting hunched over the Champion’s slate, almost whispering amongst themselves. They shuffled easily to let the Traveller sandwich himself between them.

“Allergies, huh?” Time asked after a moment, crouching down to sit next to Wind on the rock he’d claimed. The old man only smiled when the Sailor turned to glare at him. “They can be quite the beast.”

“I don’t have allergies,” Wind huffed.

“Uh huh,” Time hummed, sounding absolutely convinced.

“I don’t.”

Time held Wind’s stare, unintimidated by the younger hero. He said nothing.

This continued until Wind was forced to break eye contact with another sneeze that left his eyes watering.

Wordlessly, Time pulled out a handkerchief and handed it to the Sailor.

“…Shut up,” the younger boy muttered as he snatched it from his hand.

Time smiled.
