But right now I going highlight my top 3 worst caracther of Chicago PD.
But the thing is Caracther that are not bad guys nescessary.
Bárbara "Bunny" Fletcher.
She is just a toxic mother that never really cares about her children. Leaving then between drugs and prostituicion. Erin lindsay was saved because of Voight, but with Bunny She was going to a downhill.
Meredith Olinsky.
Another woman that for me is very toxic. She was never flexible with Alivin and everything about Michelle Sovana was a drama that she was even open about. I also believe that she kind of poisoned Lexi Relationship with her dad. I also hate that she refuse to Voight the last goodbye to his friend.
Nina Chapman
I think I already said why I hate her. Since she was presented, Nina was always going over Hank and the season 12 was the pick of how stupid this woman was in her delusional idea of "I can FIX HIM". I love that she is finally gone.( hope soo)

Just hear me out on this AU idea after watching 911 Nashville and Marriage Story. Imagine if One Chicago actually didn't do miscarriage storylines but instead showed the real life of parents dealing with joint custody/custody fights.
Yeah… the only thing we had with that (in PD) is Antonio (I think) and it was poorly done, IMO. Very adversarial, very much taking it out on the kids (damn it, Antonio, you’re a better father than that, it’s the only thing I don’t defend him for), and also, Laura’s a bitch so. And then Laura Nagel went through something similar in CJ, but it was very quiet, just her mentioning it to Toni now and again, really. I mean, there was Al/Meredith, but Lexi was really old enough at that point to make her own decisions and it’s not like they ever broke up, either.
Cruz had some marriage issues but I’m pretty sure he and Chloe are still together. And Herrmann and Cindy have obviously had some issues, but they’re also still together. I think this is good, showing that couples bicker and fight and disagree but can stay together.
Idk about Med, but I haven’t heard of it other than people like Sharon or Dr Charles already being divorced or widowed and having kids (potentially, again, I’m not caught up so don’t fault me if that’s wrong).
Miscarriage is good now and again, once, for drama. But all the time is a little nuts. And believe it or not, people don’t adopt as frequently as they make it seem, either. At least, idk anybody in irl who was adopted or has adopted or even fostered, and from what I’ve heard, there’s a ton of kids in the system and no good people to adopt/foster them.
So, Cruz and Severide both adopting/fostering seems strange to me, as well as Sylvie and Casey. Seems like too many (have the other shows done this? Not PD, besides Noah, but that doesn’t count for obvious reasons, and Mack and I guess technically Michelle? There were other temporary kids but I don’t remember anyone else long-term). The firehouse just seems to be a cult where one person does something so everyone has to. Same plot points over and over again.
As for PD, we had a burgess miscarriage which honestly, I knew was going to happen before it happened on my first watch through. I would’ve written it that way, too, tbh. It’s fine once for drama, when you think through the characters, and after that, Kim and Adam came back together for Mack so it was a bump in their relationship but it was okay. And it’s the dangers of being addicted to the job. And if Kim gets pregnant again, I would love to see a little trauma around the first miscarriage. (Poor thing and her trauma though.) But I’d love to see Adam as well have a little more say now that they’re married and for him to be like “Kim, I don’t want you to get hurt again.” Like, I would love that (that’s how I’d write it, especially since they made a huge deal about their sex scene at the beginning of the season).
Anyways, I don’t remember anyone else having a miscarriage in PD… At least, nothing as dramatic as Kim’s. But yeah, I agree, it would be interesting maybe once to have a couple that is actively divorcing or whatnot but only if they show both POVs. How awkward it is for each, if they miss one another or not, custody of the kids, etc. especially if they worked the same job in close proximity like a firehouse. But that would probably lead to one of them leaving altogether, so… eh. I don’t really know.
At this point in the shows, most of the couples are so dry that I don’t really care about their drama. Fire, I don’t care about Stella and her whining, Herrmann is eh (don’t mind him, and like Cindy most of the time), I don’t see Mouch and Trudy enough, Pascal’s wife is dead (I hate the writers for that decision), Cruz and Chloe we never actually see or hear about, and of course the paramedics have all their shitty drama because if they’re not going after a hot fireman, are they even allowed to work there??
As for PD, the only couple we have is Mouch and Trudy (again, not enough) and Burzek. I have mixed feelings about Burzek depending on the episode/scene. Sometimes it’s nice, other times, I think Adam deserves better than someone who treats him that way. 🤷‍♀️
Al and Meredith was a fucking mess (Al should’ve left her to live “platonically” with Hank). Kevin can’t keep a stable relationship. Roman was so dumb (“I won’t date you, female partner, I’ve done enough of that with the last three - also break up with Adam and date me because he sucks”). Dante and Gloria was fucked up because they’re 20 years apart (it’s not good, she was USING HIM, manipulating him).
Hank and Chapman was the ickiest of them all, though (disgusting pick-me Meredith Gray “I can change him” ahhh bitch). Hank is still in love with his wife and that’s one storyline I truly appreciate, because a widow/widower doesn’t have to move on and get someone new. They’re allowed to live their spouse and only them until they die.
And don’t get me started on the bullshit that was Linstead and Upstead (notice a pattern about Jay fucking his partner and getting attached, thus giving him no personality and dulling her personality to “Jay’s girl” and nothing more??).
Where are my platonic pairings???? I miss them! Kevin and Kim’s friendship/partnership. Antonio and Kim’s partnership and bickering!!! Adam and Kevin. Hank and Al and Trudy!!!!
From an upcoming (a couple of weeks from now) chapter of Sweet Home Chicago:
The Jeep slows to a stop in a pleasant neighborhood, as they pull into a driveway. All three of them get out of the vehicle and slowly walk to the porch. From their body language, Maddie can tell that both of them are reluctant to go in. Both of their faces are blank, but she can detect—especially on Kim’s, whose expressions she knows better—an intense sadness.
An older blonde woman comes to the door when they come onto the porch. She smiles broadly when she sees Adam and Kim, holding out her hands and pulling Adam into a deep hug. She moves next to Kim and pulls her into an even longer and tighter hug.
She kisses Kim on her ear, then breaks free, still holding her hands in hers.
“It’s so good to see you, Kim. I’m glad that you’re still with us.”
Maddie can see the tears in her light brown eyes. She chokes before continuing. “I couldn’t bear to attend another police funeral.” She shakes her head. “How do you feel?”
Kim smiles. “I’m good, Meredith. I’m getting better every day.”
“I’m glad to hear it,” Meredith says. She looks at Adam, their joint look speaking volumes to each other. She turns to Maddie and holds out her right hand.
“Meredith Olinsky, this is Maddie Bosch, from LA,” Kim says.

It's just me or all the non cops woman from Chicago pd who's has a relationship( personal or not) with a cop is always trying to minimize their jobs...
Like Meredith Olinsky who's always trying to push away Alvin instead of realize that choosing a cop as a husband comes with high prices..
And I am really thinking to put Nina Chapman here, Like c'mom, she spends her day inside a office and think she can pull the cards on Hank Voight job, which proven make them a couple will be a bad storyline decision
Feel free to add your thoughts @chicago-pd-is-weird @kamryn1963
