Herrmann stepping down so that Mouch could be Lt. at 51 😭😭😭 Mouch being so moved and surprised and angered all at once that he is really crying 😭😭😭 These two! No better bromance on TV. Seriously though, when you think about it, these two have been best friends for over 20 years. They've been next to each other at their best and their lowest. Herrmann was there both times Mouch nearly died (heck, if he didn't die of a heart attack, it's thanks to him) and Mouch did the same for him. They can be silly and laugh with each other but they are also able to have deeper convos when they want to. They do butt heads but they always get around to it because they know their friendship is much more important. Honestly, anyone should be lucky to have a best friend like these two are for each other. 🥹🥹🥹

Thanks to the Fire writers for the updates on Trudy after the crossover because on PD it's like she's never existed. Love to hear from Herrmann that she wants to go back to work (very in character). Also love Herrmann's tone when defining her "indestructible" (also in character).
