It’s been a long time I post something.. as it’s been a long difficult time for me as I went back working in the office. I am really trying to stay positive, but it’s very difficult, as I completely forgot how it’s like to be in the environment, when from day one you are being tested on how much stress and pressure you can handle. So yes today I will be sharing my insites about stress and that it’s absolutely harmful to be under chronic stress. And how unhealthy our office working environments are. And the saddest thing what’s happening there is understood as norm and everyone is ok about it, because no one ever had a better experience. 〰️ I thought I already sorted or kinda sorted my gut and digestive system issues or at least noticed that it’s improving. But it took only few weeks of chronic stress to fuck up the years long achievements in my digestive health, which makes a major impact on overall physical and mental wellbeing. I was always someone thinking that food is everything and it will solve all the issues of what I had. For this reason I was vegan for 2 years. It did have a positive impact on my health, but it wasn’t the universal answer. Turns out that mental well-being plays a much more critical role in digestive health than food. Although I did not change a single thing I was eating the fact that when stress levels went from almost no stress to constant everyday chronic stress it literally destroyed my digestion. My IBS, sibo and all that other funky stuff what comes along went back and I would say in worse condition than before. So yes eating healthy is great, but having a healthy mindset, calm and relaxed environment is crucial if you want to have good health. Our bodies are not designed to carry high levels of cortisol and adrenaline which is produced when we are under stress constantly...
