On my way to my home in the states, I had the pleasure of spending time in the Airport in Amsterdam. I was so impressed by it that I wished more airports were well run and designed as this one. Grateful to have had the honor of experiencing it. I will be glad to go back! As I start a new life, a new home and a new job in a new country, new language, new cultures, I often get a lot of mental static! It’s all very intimidating. You are powerless over people places and things! I must let it go and remain positive even though I am not. Fake it till you make it! Mental Static We create our own experience of life. Though our natural state is harmony, periods of sadness and discontentment are normal. It’s easier to get back to that state of grace when when we resist recounting unpleasant tales that extend our suffering. Unconsciously identifying with stories of discontent can cause the echoes of past events to haunt us long after the problems have vanished.
