EMDR for my PTSD event today!
It did wonders for my grief, and if this picture is correct, I will be okay.
Sometimes I wish he had just fucked me.
I wish it had been more clear cut that the manipulation and the mental fuckery, more than the "innocent" touching between "friends", more than the "supportive" digging through my issues and systematic breaking down of my walls and prodding at my wounds. At least if he had fucked me it would have been obvious what he was doing. That line is clear cut. But instead I'm left with scars and fear and distrust for anyone getting close, anyone crossing boundaries because if he was that skilled at it and I never noticed how can I protect myself in the future?
If he'd have actually kissed me instead of just saying he wanted to, or actually tried to fuck me, I wouldnt be here years later wondering if I was wrong to have reported his behaviour at all. I wouldn't still have moments of panic when a colleague asks about my personal life or fear that I'm over sharing or opening myself to have my lines crossed again.
He would have done, eventually. I'm sure of that. And it would have broken my completely. But wouldn't it have been easier to pick the pieces up after that instead of just having to look for the cracks and stick myself back together before my sense of self trickles out between them? At least I'd have known for sure that I was his victim, instead of doubting myself every single day?
So yeah. Sometimes I wish he'd have fucked me.
Mental slavery is the worst form of slavery. It gives you the illusion of being free. It makes you love and trust your oppressor. Those who try to free you or open your eyes become your enemies.
The silent treatment
Silence can be peaceful, it can be calming, respectful, needed, but THE silent treatment,
That's something different.
It's not a pause. It's a punishment. It's what happens when someone uses absence to control you.
They don't yell. They don't explain. They just go quiet, cold, distant, unreachable and they stay that way until you give in. The silent treatment isn't about space. It's about power.
You'll find yourself replaying everything you said. Wondering what you did wrong. You'll feel pressured to fix it even though you're not sure what IT is and that uncertainty, that's what makes it work.
Because when someone refuses to communicate, you're left, guessing and eventually you stop focusing on your own needs and start focusing entirely on how to get them to engage again.
You apologize just to end the silence you bend, you soften, you tiptoe not because it's your fault, but because the quiet is unbearable and for the person using it, that silence becomes a tool.
It says I control when this relationship feels safe, I control when you feel seen and if I withdraw, you'll chase me.
It can show up in romantic relationships with friends. Even at work, anywhere someone wants to win without having a conversation.
So how do you deal with it? You stop chasing the noise. You name what's happening.
You say "If you're upset, I'm open to talking but I won't be punished with silence" and then you hold your ground because communication is a two-way street and if someone refuses to speak unless they're being agreed with they're not looking for connection
they're looking for control.

Christ, what happened to THAT ruler
I can't really spread information on him because of Richard, I'll summarize this up the best I can however.
Me and him fought, I was losing so I had to use mental manipulation, another member on the T.C.C. contained him as he wasn't looking.
The things we use him for, I can't tell you. We aren't WEIRDOS though.
I converted my SoundCloud podcast ep into a YouTube vid if that's more your jam...
To accelerate the paradigm shift toward total surveillance, cognitive warfare (CW) - a significant upgrade over mere psyops of the past - has been declared on the global population.
The purpose of this war is to modify human thought, belief, behavior, and identity.
According to a 2021 NATO report, cognitive warfare is defined as (emphasis added throughout):
"a combined arms approach that integrates the non-kinetic warfare capabilities of cyber, information, psychological and social engineering in order to win without physical fighting. It is a new type of warfare defined as the weaponization of public opinion by external entities. This is carried out for the purpose of influencing and/or destabilizing a nation."
A separate NATO report from 2022 adds that cognitive warfare is:
"…the most advanced form of human mental manipulation, to date, permitting influence over individual or collective behavior, with the goal of obtaining a tactical or strategic advantage. …the human brain becomes the battlefield. The pursued objective is to influence not only what the targets think, but also the way they think and, ultimately, the way they act."
