Some characters drawn from memory last year that never got posted.
Memory Test // Amberly & Piper
The day had been rather slow and uneventful for the new medical intern, which made her bored out of her skull. If there was one thing Piper Capello didn’t like, it was boredom. She felt as if she always needed to be doing something - even if it was brushing up on a little studying about the medical field. Yet heaven forbid she sit at her desk all day twiddling her thumbs while anticipating for something eventful to happen - even a check up. Anything. But today was clearly not her day. She was just doomed to have a mind numbingly uneventful day.
It may have been wishful thinking to assume after lunch that things could be a little more lively, but who knows. According to Piper’s schedule, there really was nothing in her itinerary that required her assistance today. There were no surgeries going on today that she could assist Dr. Ramsay in. Nor were there any medical check ups that required her attention. Perhaps she just should have stayed home today or brought a book to read had she known the day was going to be like this.
Thinking that she could always take a little walk to stretch her legs, Piper could only hope it would clear some of her boredom.
Just as the intern had left her room and turned right, there was a multitude of quick vibrations going off in the coat of her right pocket - her cellphone. Piper pulled the device from it’s pocket as the caller ID read ‘Sebastian Ramsay’ - a call she HAD to answer seeing as how it was her boss.
“Hello?... Yes, I’ll be right there.”
Short and to the point. With the call having ended, Piper put the phone back in her pocket and changed her course of direction to Dr. Ramsay’s office. There was a patient of his he wanted her to take a look over, which meant she needed to grab that patients file seeing as how she didn’t have it yet. Once she arrived to her destination, they exchanged a short quip of words before his intern walked off with the new patients file and back to her office where this patient who’s name was Amberly Jacobs was meant to come by and see her today. What time though Piper didn’t know - Sebastian just said soon and to go back to her office. And so with her nose buried in the open file as her eyes began to skim through the information, Piper’s attention changed once she arrived back to her office however. Now she could swear she closed that door. She ALWAYS kept her door shut, whether she was inside or not. Yet here it was partially open which had the intern scowling on the inside as her thin red brows narrowed in irritation.
Who had the audacity to walk into her closed door office and NOT even close the door all the way?!
Taking a deep breath, Piper pushed the rest of the door open to be met with the intruder - all the while trying to keep a scowl and cold expression on her features. Instead, she remained neutral as her eyes looked over her room to see the intruder
“Excuse me, do we have an appointment today?”

My therapist's office (interesting memory test)
EDIT: this is a description of my therapist’s office as I remember it from my visit yesterday, which is the first and only time I’ve been in it. Partly this was a fun challenge to see how much detail I could recall, and partly a description to help me remember it. I’ve no idea why so many anons are upset by it.
—————————-
As you go in from the garden, through the double doors at one end, there’s a long couch with lots of cushions against the left wall and T’s chair opposite it, to the right of the doors. There’s a box of tissues on the arm of the couch. Then next to the couch is a table for art-making with two folding chairs, and behind that are wall shelves stacked with lots of art materials.
On the opposite wall to the couch are long low bookshelves with loads of therapy books and art books. There’s a single high shelf running all round the room near the ceiling with various foraged items on, such as shells, pieces of wood and pine cones, and jars with paintbrushes in. On the off-white-painted walls are two pin boards with pieces of art pinned on, some are children’s drawings. There’s also at least three clocks - two on opposite walls and a little freestanding clock - so they’re visible from sitting at the table, on the couch or in T’s chair.
The floor is grey tiles and it is heated and warm and lovely on your feet. There’s a storage area in the roof, and a ladder hooked up on the ceiling that can be lifted down to access it. The ladder is painted a watered down grey colour and looks metal though it is in fact wood. The room is full of light but I can’t remember where the windows are - one is above the couch, then the doors have windows in, and maybe there was another window on the opposite wall or maybe a skylight.
