Ken had caught him wandering about and he knew he couldn’t avoid him anymore, it wasn’t fair to Elk, pushing him away like this wasn’t healthy, for either of them.

“Miyako-” her name was barely out of his mouth before she came running over, and instead of the expect hug she had pushed him against the wall with such force the air was knocked out of him. Her eyes were so intense it had him worried for a moment, about to ask what was wrong but she took that as her chance.

After a short pause on her end and a confused noise from Ken she had tugged him down, closing the gap between them and pressing their lips together in what was a feverish kiss on her end.

He was still... Lost, but soon leaned into it, hands ever so gently resting on her forearms.

His heart was racing by the time their lips parted. It honestly hadn’t been a very long kiss but just from the look of Miyako’s face he could tell she was as amazed as he was on just how amazing that had felt.
