Hearing Daisuke’s voice he paused, debating on if he wanted to answer the door or not.

Really, he just felt like going back to sleep, regret slowly creeping up on him as he realized he had just hurt Wormmon, again, who deserved it the least in the world. Shivering despite being in a sweater, he knew he wasn’t going to be able to sleep, Daisuke would bang on that door for a month straight if he had to.

Going over to open it he couldn’t look at him, instead staring at his feet as he just stood there.

“.... Sorry I had an outburst.” he felt the guilt heavy on his shoulders, hugging his arm to his chest. “I was just... Going to go back to sleep, hopefully I’ll feel better when I wake up” only, in all honesty he’s been asleep for almost 2 days now, only waking up long enough to eat and drink and other such things.
