SHORT ANSWER: I wanted to renew my interest in Tokyo Ghoul.

LONG ANSWER: So I wanted to get back into RPing and Tokyo Ghoul at the same time, because with the current arc lagging my interest was beginning to die and I was forgetting what made me love the series so fervently in the first place. I had tried rping a tokyo ghoul character in my previous height of love for the series so I thought that I might try again. Also helped was I was introduced to this group due to following a friend who I had met through the fandom on twitter. I backread a lot of the tokyo ghoul rps and thought the group in citta was fantastic and wanted to try to roleplay specifically there rather than trying to go indie once more. 

So as to why this specific muse, all of my favorite tokyo ghoul characters, eto, kaneki and touka were already taken when I started considering who I wanted to apply. That was probably for the best though because I never roleplay my favorites in a given series. I eventually settled on Naki when I decided I wanted an Aogiri muse. He’s a character I have a very strong and pure love for, and because his character is so flexible and capable of so many things whether they be kindness or cruelty he’s one of my strongest muses and I can’t ever imagine giving him up.
