Presenting her last album When the people move, the music moves too, Meklit returned after for years of absence to Montreal’s acclaimed festival Nuits d’Afrique. Recognized world wide (The Sunday Time included her last album among the best albums from 2017 and BandCamp listed it among the best soul albums that year), Meklit did not missed the opportunity of leaving once more her musical mark in Montreal and a public sad of seeing her leave... Plagued by journalists and admires the Fairmount Theater hosted one of the best live shows of 2018 !
