ngl I'd actually play pmd if it had a completely different kind of gameplay
Disaster weasel
Out of games to play so i picked up pokerogue and got a really fucked up meinfoo girl so i drew her.
Crazy thing. So I posted the last shiny Mienfoo photo on Sunday. The next day (Monday) I go on another walk and you're never guess what I stumbled across.
So now I've gone from zero shiny Mienfoo for ages to having two. (Neither are female, but I'll take what I can get.)
Meinshao and Meinfoo are related to the Sneasel line (the "feathered mustalids"). Strangely enough, they are more genetically similar to the conventional lines, rather than the fighting/poison Hisuian linage. Pokémon professors are currently studying how this is.

Some spooky bois for your Friday 👻🦇🎃
tips for the mienfoo line?
A small but scrappy fighting type with a somewhat tricky early evolution.
General notes: Fighting type pokemon can be high intensity, and this line is no exception. Though it needs a lot of care and training, a fully evolved mienshao is a strong and loyal partner.
General care: Mienfoo require a LOT of exercise. You should always have punching bags available, and be prepared to replace them. Mienfoo attack fast and strong, and will often wear them down quickly. The best fighting type diet has higher protein than carbs, and you can find pokekibble formulated for fighting types specifically. I’ve heard good things about it, but it’s also good to add variety with things like cooked eggs, dark leafy vegetables and nuts. This line does tend to lean more towards carnivorous, but if they’re deficient in something, they’ll seek out and eat it happily. They have a fierce temper when young, so be prepared for that, though fully evolved meinshao are fairly calm when not fighting. Speaking of meinshao, the long fur on their arms is often ripped out to gain an edge in combat. This doesn’t hurt them, but it can grow back uneven. A trim after each battle can help with this. As well, if it hasn’t been able to battle for a while for reasons such as poor health or injury, you’ll have to trim that hair yourself. Care rating: Green
Training: A meinfoo’s short temper and aggressiveness often does it no favours in battle. Plenty of training to direct its emotions is essential. Your local fighting type gym is your best friend in this regard. It’s also not uncommon for other pokemon, often other mienshao but sometimes other species, to take mienfoo under their wing and help with training. Hariyama in particular are quite well known as “big brother” types, and having a mentor can really help them channel their strength. Mienshao have a much firmer grasp on their temper, and as such are easy to train and battle with. Training rating: Green
Safety: Meinfoo have sharp little claws and a willingness to use them. Though you should be training them out of this, be prepared to be scratched during the difficult first few weeks of caring for them. Otherwise, this line has fairly few issues, and overall are one of the easier fighting types. Safety rating: Green.
Overall ranking. A decent, if slightly pointy and highly strung, fighting type.
