Okay ignore me being cringe about a transformers ship on main, but Beast Wars Megatron and Inferno? Something very wrong with them

The way I see it is like, the Starscream Seeker trine thing, and like the Rainmaker trine from G1. They're all the same shape but individually different people. They choose who they listen to amongst them, but their code is more inclined to seeking an outside perspective from their den if they currently don't have a 'queen' or leader that isn't them, cus they also get tired of seeing and listening to someone like themselves sometimes

Perhaps like a species of Beastformers. Or even, as I like to take inspiration from G1, their pod scanned an ant hill and adapted those behaviours to their code because they were in a critical state where they needed to work together? So now their code somewhat forces them to act like a team and having a leader that's different from them (like a bee or an queen) helps them get more guidance to increase their survival on a new planet

I don't remember how capable Inferno is in G1, but I know he isn't completely useless or incompetent. Of course these will be different characters that just look alike, so how well they are on the field or in different skills will definitely vary

I don't just want them to be clones cus tbh the ideas I have for clones in transformers are very unethical and will make this plot darker than it needs to be T_T

In terms of an 'Original' Inferno, I imagine that the one chosen as their current leader is Inferno, who introduces himself to Megatron first. He's also the first one that falls helm over pede strut for him and brings up the idea of having them as their leader to keep their code settled, and they call Megatron 'Queen' cus they looked up the insects their behaviour was learnt from, so on their new quest to understand earth they begin incorporate those terminologies into their speech (to also round out what they're saying cus some of this doesn't exist on Cybertron)
