Today, we have the Super Dragonfly-like Mutated Meganula Queen, Megaguirus!

Megaguirus is super cool and like Orga, definitely underrated. I think I like her a little more than Orga. (Now I love every kaiju in the franchise, but some I have more strong feelings for.) Being the final evolution of the Insect Meganulon, she is very vicious and aggressive towards her foes. She is probably the fastest flying kaiju, even faster than Rodan. Using her stinger to steal Godzilla's energy which enables him to use his Atomic Breath, Megaguirus definitely gave Godzilla a challenge. I really hope that Megaguirus comes back to the screen again. She could have so much potential due to her being the large queen of a huge hive of Meganulon and Meganulas.

I pretty much did what I do to most of my designs, which is make her more spikey, but I rearranged her spikes on her claws. I  made her much larger than her first design. I also made her wings look like acutal Dragonfly wing patterns because the Meganulon's are based on Dragonflies. Hope you all like it!

New take: Sequential reproduction, neonotenous meganulon, and parts of scale insect and bedbug reproduction

Meganulon are all female , and capable of asexual reproduction prior to metamorphosis. Upon metamorphosis they become male meganula.

Male Meganula will inject their “offerings” of energy along with “parasitic  sperm-producing organs” into a dormant megaguirus. Injections with more energy recieve less priority from the immune response, increasing the likelihood of successful implantation.

It is in a way, somewhat similar to the fusion of a male anglerfish with a female, but only a part of the body being assimilated.

The mature Megaguirus, is in a way a “chimerical hermaphrodite” with sperm-producing organs carrying the dna of multiple meganula.
