it's after the war and before the events of the main continuity. megatron decides that he wants to try and create the perfect decepticon warrior. he wants a warrior with his cunning and might, but with full loyalty to him. he needs an heir, a protoform with a bit of his spark to ensure their loyalty to him. however, the decepticons don't have access to the warframe cold forges to make a new protoform. he'll have to do this the old fashioned way.

the thing is, he doesn't exactly have the best pickings. starscream is too cowardly, blitzwing is too unstable, lockdown is too sleazy, swindle is too greasy, and blackarachnia is too focused on getting rid of her organic half to care about much else. ultimately, he decides that lugnut is his best choice for his sparkling's sire. big, powerful, endlessly loyal, and a flier to boot. (hopefully, the sparkling gets megatron's intelligence.) as confident as he can be in his decision, megatron propositions lugnut with the possibility of strengthening the decepticon ranks.

lugnut, obviously, is ridiculously over the moon excited once he realizes what megatron actually means. he's ecstatic that megatron deemed him worthy to, "sire your heir, my liege, certainly a most noble and mighty warrior to lead the decepticons to glory," in his words. they sleep together a few times to make sure it works, and boy oh boy, does lugnut deliver, giving megatron one very big (and very strong) sparkling.

as time passes and the sparkling grows in megatron's forge, lugnut does everything he can to make sure his master and (self proclaimed) mate is comfortable and protected. the oddest thing, though, is that megatron himself starts changing, and not just physically. blitzwing swears that he's seen megatron being more lenient, maybe even downright affectionate with lugnut as of late.

and maybe blitzwing's right. megatron won't deny, this sort of care and tenderness is... nice. unexpected, but nice. the way lugnut massages his aching back, insists on holding him at night, and talks to the sparkling in megatron's belly is, dare he say it, enjoyable.

This is Legacy! They are the carrier of Water Bug, but also shown is the spark sire & code sire of Water Bug- Ultra Magnus and an Autobot grounder named Code! She was one of their keepers~

Lionel is the alter shown in the drawing, and here he’s with his murder board~ he’s also wearing the helm of a bot he killed, taken from the wall of mounted helms he has opposite his murder board. Good for him! But also sweetspark please get better coping mechanisms you’re scaring your loved ones..

Also I totally see Sentinel as a bratty bottom and love the fact that fandom has written two fics in which Optimus fucks Sentinel's head while it wasn't attached. Good stuff.

I think as far as tfa ships, the one I ship the most is MegaStrikNut? Megatron, Strika, and Lugnut?

The general, her consort, and their Lord, and all three of them care deeply about each other even if Megatron denies this.

Though, I do ship tfa Megop a lot (maybe not the breed of tfa Megop that's popular, though? I'm rather specific when it comes to the ship, but I feel like it can go in cool directions)

Mmmnm but tfa MegaShock, because like c'mon look at tfa Shocky. He's a massive simp, and I admire that in a mech.

Before I begin, this is in the Decepticon!Wasp timeline. There’s a difference between the two, but the most notable that I’ll focus on is here is that the Earthen Autobots & Decepticons are at odds, and aren’t close/romantically entangled as they are in the Autobot!Wasp timeline. There’s that tension and distrust between them. A lot of hatred, too, for various reasons.

To start off, here’s Legacy! Under the cut is my extended rambles + additional drawings, but please be aware of the content warnings applicable; talk of systematic + child abuse, unwanted/forced pregnancy, implied sa/noncon. Exact ages of the characters are up to interpretation, as they’re giant robots and it doesn’t line up to human experience 1 to 1, obviously. I will say I don’t personally think the age gap between Waspie & Legacy is one to be worried abt LMAO.
