Can we talk about the fact that Megahertz shows up at the end of Season 2?
Season 2 begins with a two-part episode in which Megahertz is scheduled to be executed turned into an action figure, but because Kaz, Oliver, and Alan fell into his cell, they ended up rescuing him. He claims to have reformed, but ends up siding with the Annihilator and Evil!Skylar at the end because they promise a way to avoid capture. Skylar then turns back time to before her friends discovered she'd turned evil, and everything that happened in those two episodes is entirely undone.
So Megahertz should be dead.
There was no one to save him. There was no one to break him out of there, no reason for anyone to save him, and the only people who might've thought to save him were the Annihilator, who was in jail at the time, and the secretly evil Skylar Storm.
Which means Skylar broke him out of jail.
Skylar Storm, even though she was evil, saved a villain, one who had a tendency to switch allegiances, one who frequently stood in her way, one who might not have even known that he'd allied himself with her, simply because she'd informally made a deal with him, and she knew it was the right thing to do. Even when she's evil, she's still a good person.
