Go crazy go stupid

I got a Himeru acrylic stand! My cute lazy angel, I still love you.

I don’t know if it’s because of the way I was brought up or what, but like.. No, I’m not just going to stay home and not work on stuff I need to do just because I have a migraine. Yeah, the migraine sucks, but I’m not puking and I’m not contagious. My migraine is going to be there whether I’m at home or whether I’m doing at least something at work. And like, no, I don’t want to use up my vacation days because of a migraine, either. Or find office coverage or do anything of that dumb stuff over it.

I’m not saying Sabo isn’t intelligent and I’m not saying he wouldn’t have a better understand of certain words, objects and they uses and so on. Of course there are also the things that Sabo had picked up by association and had learned over time.

But he’s still only a ten year old child whose spent five important years out of “prim, proper and educated” society. And Sabo not only taught himself to avoid behavior of his standing but has no doubt adopted several from the years spent with Ace and hanging around Grey Terminal. 

It’s just something I personally find a little odd where Sabo uses “big” words and have to explain the definition to Ace and/or Luffy. Or talks about, in detail, the workings of something most  children would know about. At least not in such detail as people occasional have Sabo supply. 

I think Sabo is a fairly clever character and a quick study when he wants to be but he did spend more time learning how to survive than flip through a dictionary.
