Zildtober Day 11 Medisina ("Medicine")
My final (belated) tribute to the 1 year anniversary of Zild's Medisina album. The song is about having an unhealthy longing for "medicine" whatever that may be. Be it a former lover, addictions, vices, etc.. although the MV implies a former lover. I feel all types of ways when listening to this song. Definitely one of the heaviest hitting songs of the album.
This short comic took me longer than intended. Admittedly I procrastinated because I felt I had to make this one perfect, but alas that's impossible. Even though there are lots of things I'd change and add, I loved and had looked forward to working on this. It was one of the first ideas that came to mind when thumbnailing the series; it was like a baby to me despite only working on it for a few days. Love Medisina and mabuhay si Ziiiiiiiiild at ang mga panikiiii!!

Zildtober Day 4, "Dekada '70"!
Because the song is about the 70's—in a period of martial law—I decided to do a re-imagining of an immediate family's member's experience (although the money falling from the sky is just symbolism and not literal).
Zildtober Day 8, "Oh Lunes Nanaman" (tl: "Oh It's Monday Again")
A headbanger song about the Monday blues and the repetitiveness of life. In one of the lines, the lyrics go, "pancit canton ulit ang ulam," which is, "eating pancit canton again." Pancit canton is just a type of noodle, hence the noodles in the center.
Zildtober Day 6, "Bahala Ka Na" (tl: Do whatever you want)
Today's song is about a relationship going cold. The title is hard to translate as there's really no direct translation but I tried my best to convey the meaning.
