(Cringe is dead and I pulled the trigger)
As a way of attracting clientele, family diner Stinky’s has created its very own cartoon mascots in the form of jolly animal animatronics. Sam and Max are programmed to sing songs, serve food and impart questionable moral lessons on the kiddies. Children’s reactions to them cover the whole range of emotions, from joyful laughter to terrified crying. Either way, they’re the perfect distraction to keep kids entertained and out of their parent’s hair!
At night, however, it’s a whole different story, as newly hired night guard Bosco comes to find out: the robots are left to free roam the establishment, acting with a disturbing level of unpredictable intent never seen during the day. He starts to fear they might be coming to get him, convinced that if Stinky’s cooking doesn’t kill him, they sure will.
Spoilers: they won’t (at least not intentionally), they just like messing with him.

me on tha weekends baby…
I love animatronic malfunctions.
I know I would freaked out if this happened to me but I would’ve simultaneously never been happier.
I love my phobias idk, fear is so exhilarating.
Btw I have submechanophoba and mechanophobia in general, also a huge fear of amusement park rides.
But I love being scared so it evens itself out.
