one thing that i find so wonderful about mince is how incredibly versatile it is. for example, some mince can make:
-lasagna
-bolognase
-canneloni
-stovies
but alas!! that is not all!` not only can mince make foods with a more close to liquid/paste, but it can also be made into things such as:
-meatballs
-burgers
all in all, mince is great

As I told you before, I really hate cooking on the day that I go grocery shopping.. Besides my oven is still broke, which is a turn off. So, once again I took the lazy way out and turned to pre-packaged foods. Tonight we had: Shells & Meatballs Ragu Five Cheese spaghetti sauce Mama Lucia's frozen Italian meatballs Shell pasta Kraft shredded Colby jack I didn't even feel like making frozen garlic toast on my lil grill.. Don't judge, k!?!
