I always imagined Comet would hate the beach on account of the fact that as someone who spends much time napping at the bottom of a lake, the taste of saltwater always in her constantly-open mouth would be very irritating. That is, until I remembered one of the most important beachtime activities: making Really Big Hole.

Fritz is bringing a grill but with no meat and this is why.

That and I think he would be a tide pools enjoyer. He's looking under rocks and seaweed to look at the crabs or perhaps an octopus if he is lucky. it hurts his back but oooo the flora is so very nice and if he is really lucky he finds a big enough crab to also eat
