Irish Whiskey - 1 oz
Lime Juice - 1/2 oz
Light Sherry - 1/2 oz
Angostura Bitters - 1 dash
Shake everything with ice cubes and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
From the "Café Royal Cocktail Book", invented by H. Nelder. A very dry and nutty Whiskey Sour sweetened with sherry. For the "light sherry" Oloroso grade is recommended, Amontillado is also acceptable.
