Yes! I know the song :DWhenever I hear it I think of franticshipping too T-TBut it so true, Ruby makes so many mistakes and he knows he’s capable of hurting Sapphire emotionally, so he continously changes himself and fixes the errors he has made.
These lines right here pretty much sum everything up: ~ I’ve found a reason to show
a side of me you didn’t know
a reason for a that i do
and the reason is you~
It’s just like how he initially would hide his true feelings but finally learns to express how he really feels about Sapphire otherwise he fears he may lose her (this line actually pretty much sums up the plot for ORAS hehe). Everytime Ruby has made a positive change for the better in both RS and ORAS it has been because of Sapphire and her sometimes harsh, sometimes understanding ways of getting through to him and his fear of ever losing her.
~Actually on another note, the entire first verse of this song pretty much describes that whole moment in space (Oh the feels T-T), I could pretty much do a line by line camparison for this song....~
