So in day two of my maximum hydration regimen I failed, a lot. To recap on day one, it was a great day, had a nice experience with my first wash and go. Then I had to re wet my hair and it felt a little odd because it had just got dry, so when I was doing the baking soda rinse it felt like I was stripping my hair. I then went on to DC overnight, I didn't have a great night's sleep so when I woke up I had to run errands before I could tackle any hair regimens (I wore a hat). It wasn't until after 3 I was able to rinse out the DC. It didn't feel great, I really over conditioned. So then I didn't want to further strip it with the clay rinse so I added some watered down leave in and oil, and put it into twists. My scalp feels very dry at the moment, I usually like to put more product on my hair so that it doesn't have this dull dry feel. Not sure if I want to be wetting my hair everyday if it's going to end up this dry afterwards. Any thoughts?
