Zanka notices he is dressed with the traditional attire of the country they're in, and thinks he probably is a crack head that stole it or something. Eventually, Jabber ragebaits him enough for them to get into a fist fight. And this satisfies Jabber, who seems to find him more often in the streets to have a fight, even if he always ends up on the floor, bloody and cackling.

Zanka has enough of this guy, he makes sure he breaks a bone or two during their next encounter so the idiot can't walk and bother him. The next day he is arrested and taken to the palace under custody for attacking the damn prince.

Of course when Jabber finds out the guy's been arrested, he convinces the king (maybe his uncle? unsure) to just let it go since he provoked him and was just having fun. Zanka is speechless at the damn mess, the king forces Zanka to aid Jabber in his duties since he can't use one arm and one leg for an indefinite amount of time.
