Taking a moment away from making chocolates today to package them up. Sitting here boxing matcha/strawberry/white chocolate bars. Each one has been hand decorated with splashes of red and white, making each pattern completely unique. The green colour comes from the ceremonial grade #matcha #greentea that we mix through the white chocolate, before finishing each bar with pieces of tangy & sweet strawberry.
