Dinkety Dink did wonderful today! She is a tiny package but full of spirit! She had a tooth root abcess and had been on antibiotics. The infection was cleared enough to do surgery. The nasty tooth was removed and the rest of her teefers are pearly white now! We did however find a tumor somewhat on her elbow. It was aspirated. It does not look good and is being sent off to the lab for a confirmed diagnosis. No matter the outcome we will take care of this little peanut. 💗 Dink is now resting, she did eat a soft dinner, and looks really well. I am sure she will sleep great tonight! 💔 Trying to be strong. I know there’s bigger problems in the world... but this is my little world... and he’s my furry king. It feels like my heart is being torn out with a rusty spoon. 💔 My sweet companions cancer came back - this time they say can’t operate. Chemo? ....Radiation....? Do I seriously put him through this? I feel so selfish for potentially opting out. Choosing less days with him for better/quality days. How many days? At a loss. A little a little paralyzed as to what the best course of action is. I just want him to be happy and not in pain. This beautiful creature taught me true love. He’s my steady rock. He’s me and I am him. We’ve been through so much together.
