Men often endanger themselves when engaging in a courtship script to hearken the attention of a female crush. In this case, men's attempt to impress women is endangering women too. Indeed, UCSD men students' rate of mask non-adherence when alone was 42.01%, dropped to 28.57 when with men, & increased to a dangerous 67% when walking with women. Belongingness Benefits: Overall, walking/hanging with with other people increased #MaskAdherence, except for when men were with women. What's the point of courtship if you risk the life of the person you're trying to court in the process? This is an anomaly.
