Mepad goes and checks on Marsh at the mansion quite often. They never talk about the show, if Marsh doesn't bring it up, only how she's doing in the mansion and what she's been up to. It helps Mepad think about his job on the show, and what he would do if he decided to leave...
Marshmallow herself would very much look forward to these visits! Bow and Apple are her best friends and she loves them to and beyond death, but they are both very energetic. Sometimes it's nice to settle down with a warm cup of tea and just chit-chat, rather than doing a whole activity and running about.
Marsh would play a big part in what inspires Mepad to leave the show, here. He still has his thing with Taco, of course, but Mepad getting to see up close and personal how happy a contestant can be when they stop being a contestant? It makes him more ready to leave the show himself. Maybe he'd even take Taco to the mansion post ToF, rather than back into the forest, and to some fellow defectors. He'd know Marsh would welcome him there, at least, and not outright reject Taco since she's leaving the show behind as well.
I think Marsh and Mepad would enjoy playing candy crush together. Yes, like a middle aged suburban mom, they would get hooked on candy crush. They could play it together, since Mepad could run it on himself and Marshmallow could swipe on his screen, yeah? It would probably be downloaded onto Mepad automatically anyway, so it would only be a matter of time before the pair found it and decided to play.
