These Hot Chocolate Doughnuts with Marshmallow Glaze are a delightful treat that combines the flavors of a warm cup of hot chocolate with the fun of doughnuts. The marshmallow glaze adds a sweet and gooey touch, while the chocolate chips and graham crackers provide extra crunch and flavor. Perfect for a cozy winter morning or as a special dessert!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules optional, for extra flavor. 1/2 cup buttermilk. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 large egg. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup hot water. 1/2 cup mini marshmallows for garnish. 1/4 cup chocolate chips for garnish. 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a doughnut pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and instant coffee granules if using. In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Gradually add the hot water and mix until the batter is smooth and well combined. Transfer the batter to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off. Pipe the batter into the prepared doughnut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a doughnut comes out clean. Remove the doughnuts from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. While the doughnuts are cooling, prepare the marshmallow glaze. You can do this by melting mini marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second intervals until they are smooth and creamy. Dip the tops of the cooled doughnuts into the melted marshmallow glaze and return them to the wire rack. Sprinkle each doughnut with chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers to mimic the flavors of hot chocolate with marshmallows. Let the glaze set for a few minutes, then enjoy your hot chocolate doughnuts!

Indulge in the magic of hot cocoa with this decadent Hot Cocoa Cake topped with a luscious marshmallow glaze and a pinch of glitter for that extra sparkle. Perfect for cozy gatherings and sweet celebrations.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup hot brewed coffee. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup buttermilk. 1 cup mini marshmallows for topping. 1/4 cup edible glitter for decoration.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a cake pan. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk. Put the batter into the cake pan that has been prepared. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. In a saucepan over low heat, melt 1 cup of mini marshmallows to make the marshmallow glaze. Do this while the cake is baking. Mix until it's smooth. After baking, let the cake cool for ten minutes. Then, pour the marshmallow glaze on top and spread it out evenly. On top, add some edible glitter for a little sparkle. Let the cake cool all the way down before you serve it. Have fun!
