“Nothing was more fun than watching Mark Ruffalo learning to do Thriller”

Whoa dude. I did not mention Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury in the post (I don’t blame you for misreading it, it was a long list of names). However, in most iterations of Bruce Banner in cartoons and in the comics, he’s usually drawn to be a bit on the tall side and scrawny, unlike Mark Ruffalo, who’s stockier, slightly shorter, and has graying hair instead of brown. Scarlett Johansson, unlike Black Widow, is several inches shorter and (for lack of a better word) much more “curvy” or “thick” compared to the Black Widow of the comics/cartoons, who is drawn to be taller and more thin/lithe, which is part of the reason why so many people (including Marvel Studios themselves) pined for Emily Blunt to take the role. My point being that despite the fact that all of these actors don’t specifically look exactly like the comic-book character they portrayed doesn’t make them any less perfect for the roles they were in.
