Indulge in the rich flavors of maple syrup and pecans with these decadent brownies. They're perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 cup chopped pecans. 1 cup maple syrup. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 3/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 3 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan. In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and vanilla extract until frothy. Gradually add in the chocolate mixture, stirring until well combined. Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs clinging to it. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
