Honestly when it comes to the PMD soundtrack i feel like Pakia's onslaught gets overlooked.
Its such an intense theme that really goes well with how Palkia has literally come out of nowhere and is trying to murder you

While Dialga’s Fight to the Finish is a more heroic-sounding song that encapsulates the feeling of being so close to the end of your journey with just one more hurdle to jump over, Palkia’s Onslaught is downright scary and unnerving due to how he came out of nowhere and is accusing you of a crime you did not commit. It’s a lot more threatening sounding, and really adds to the felling of being super unprepared for this fight.
I love both songs in their own right, they both do a really good job making you feel certain things at the point of the journey you’re at and the circumstances around it. Heck, the entire PMD2 soundtrack and PMD2 as a WHOLE is so good and I could gush about it for hours.
