Found some time to finally start priming and wet sanding my armor. Still a ways to go with it but it's coming together! Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to finish priming the remaining pieces and the weaponry. . Also I realized I primed the pauldrons before I added the sigil to the right one so I'll have to reprime it after adding that. . Test fit of the visor part 1. Honestly I kinda destroyed the visor material a bit getting it to fit so I'll be ordering a new welding shield to redo the visor (hopefully this time it won't have a greenish tint to it). But overall I'm happy with it. My dad tried on the bucket with visor in order to check if I could see his face behind it and thankfully it's dark enough you can't, but can still see out. Unfortunately the one I wanted has been out of stock for some time, so I'm hoping to hold off replacing this one until the good one is back in stock. . I still have to fiddle with the template a bit since it doesn't fit as snug as I would like. Once the fit up is complete I'll start priming and then painting which is the part I can't wait for. .
