I've already sent this to the feedback form, the original post, the changes reblog, and the changes reblog with their reply because apparently they all get separate notes and replies now. I just thought I would put this a a post as well because this is ridiculous and I need to get it off of my plate. @tumblr @changes Pertaining to Tumblr's last rollout of reblogs, likes, and replies getting their own set of notes that do not go back to the original poster. This doesn't promote community, conversation, or contributions like the announcement post said. Many writers, artists, gif makers, among others on Tumblr thrive when we are able to see the interactions on our posts. Lets say a big blog reblogs my post. Now all the reblogs, tags, likes, replies, only go to that popular blog. Now I will not know what people are saying about my art, my writing, my gifs, etc. I will not know that so many people love and enjoy what I make. Again that doesn't promote community, create conversation, or give contributions to the original poster. With this new update, those that want to make sure the original poster gets their flowers will now have to go to their blog. That adds more buttons to push in order to make a single post, which will add to the increasing decrease in reblogs on the whole. Please reconsider this decision for the sake of all of those that create. I will send this as a comment on both the original post and the post on changes to make sure you get it. Because with your update, the original blog and changes blog cannot see what is being said on the same exact post.
