Moonlight over iridescent fish scales gleams From the water she pulls her pearly dripping breasts Blown by the wind her hair of moonbeams On a rock, the mermaid sings

Seaweed crown in her long flowing hair In starlight bathed, an ethereal magical beauty she exudes Your spell no mortal can resist, oh water nymph Sublime and pristine you sit under the moon

Dark azure tinted water almost as black as your longing Submerged in her ocean heart of storms Pale arms gleam as her painful lament of deep seas and mist she lifts

A beautiful haunting song of love Calling her beloved to her arms Shining waves to envelop them both The sea calls them both home

You see them as the stars shine at night, they walk along your path with you keeping your feet right. In times of trouble, pain and or heart ache we call to them to be our messengers to the Heavens, we ask for their love in these such times and in return they come and wrap a wing around us with a smile, a life lesson, a kind word that emanates from their very being. We ask for their protection as warriors for our souls, defense of biblical descriptions tell us they are eminence. Made from jewels such as diamonds and gold they are Omani present beings holding hearts laced with silver, how bold.
