Today’s daily tasks required me to drive an hour away to another city for an apt for one of my kids. I have terrible anxiety about driving. And my kids talk A LOT. Literally the entire hour car ride. I used to get irritable and snap at the kids. My heart would race and my vision would get blurry at times. Today was the first time I made the trip with out snapping at my kids, for, well being kids. Today was the first time I didn’t need to pull over and collect myself on a trip.
