Aaah, this is precisely the kind of weird plot that I don’t like. It's just using the names of the famous samurai as gimmick, but it’s got nothing to do with samurai at all.
The plot is the typical post-apocalyptic dystopia where humanity is almost wiped out, and there’s an Evulz Government that rule over the remnants. “Warlords” rose up to rebel against Evulz Government, bearing the names of samurai from days of yore and wielding “demonic power”.
I don’t 100% understand what is going on, but their Youtube says this is a mixe-media project of music (visual kei rock??) and “manga”.
Well, dunno if there will be a story manga later, but Kazuki Yone did the initial promo art for the introduction music video and the profiles in the main site, so... pretty art yay? I wish Kazuki Yone would be hired for a real Sengoku otome TBH. Otomate why did y’all get into a row with Yone, y’all could’ve hired them for Hanaoboro or Homura.
Also. The site didn’t give much explanation, but...? Masamune is labelled as what is essentially the government watchdog. Masamune. MASAMUNE. Bro, I would buy it more if Akechu is the government minion TBH. Despite his “Judas” reputation because Honnouji, he is not a psycho evil plotter.
Although, thumbs up for that "thug” Hideyoshi LMAO. Not exactly my ideal, but hey, I actually kind of think it’s funny.

Magatsu Note broke their hiatus for the third anniversary and announced the second Side:EXPOSE album, featuring 6 new original character songs! It's set to release on May 28 and contains the following songs (in order of preview):
