Women in Mahabharata - Priyamvada Madira
She is one of the three women who approach Balarama after he gets drunk by drinking fermented rainwater [that had transformed over time into kadambari wine, not really safe for consumption, please do not replicate this] stored in the hollow of a kadamba tree.
Her companions are Kanti and Shree. She also calls herself Varuni.
She convinces Balarama that she is his wife from a previous life. Then the women give him various gifts: a costly crown, diamond earrings named aadipadma and padmaksha, blue cloth, pearl necklaces, etc.
And then presumably they all sleep together since that was why the writers decided Balarama was roaming the hills alone in the first place.
