He is always grumpy and cold, hates looking after Penny's Uncle (lol) He is responsible and the smart one. He gets loud if he have ideas to share but gets ignored lol. He is soft and fuzzy with his bestfriend Penny and he treats her like his sister.

I think she's INFP or ENFP She's like her mother, Sue they're both precious and gorgeous. She's bestfriends with Dianne and both loves hanging out and do shopping (whatever what girl friends do😏). And you seen the episode where she first appeared right? Yes, Brian is her love interest.
Felix(MADBird) 🐦
I describe him as ENFJ idk why
So he is cool and chill at all times. He likes soaring above the sky using his jet boots his "father" give him. He is a smart guy but also an idiot. He always fights with his "sister" Dianne which Dianne called it a cat fight. He treats Talon as his Dad since he made him as a MAD Henchman. Talon sees Felix having a great potential of being a MAD agent because he is smart and full of ideas. Felix likes to look good and dress good around Brian you know to impress him heheh, Dianne is his rival.
Dianne (MAD Cat) 🐈
INTJ? Dianne is a Queen, She's crafty and clever. She's always in for evil schemes. Likes fashion probably friends with Corsetta Camisole and always manage to make her look presentable at all times. She's a drama queen also, lays on the couch sleep at the end (every queen needs a beauty rest y'know). She have feelings for Brian but her rival is Felix lol. They always fight but in the end they love each other as siblings (ㆁωㆁ)
