Two ideas for this:

1. Gen swap AU where they exist in the same era. They play hide-and-seek with the clan children & awkwardly have to share the same hiding spot.

2. Everybody lives crack AU where everyone who dies in Naruto is actually not dead but is hiding off-screen. They lurk around and watch the main plot, but when the living people turn around, the “dead” people jump behind a tree or something.

Kakashi and Madara finally find some time for themselves and go on a vacation. Kakashi didn't expect Madara not to be able to hold his alcohol at all.
