So Photoshop CS3 doesn't have a way to open gifs with their frame information intact. Ā I USED to be able to get around this via "Import Movie to Layers" and typing in the name of the gif and it would let me open it.
Turns out I can't do that anymore, now that I'm on 10.7.5.
