If the āMass Outbreakā option is ever done, how would we count shinies caught in PoGo or PokĆ©mon Sleep? Their rates are a lot higher in some cases and have events focused on certain evolutionary families every so often. They also have easier catch mechanics. Does that still line up with the āyes, hunted for,ā āyes, found by chance,ā āno, couldnāt catch,ā āno, havenāt foundā choices or would shinies caught due to the advantageous shiny rates/catch mechanics of these games not count?

These polls are going to be much moreā¦ subjective? Case by case? Since the options are more about intent to find, rather than just fact of the matter. So a Community day shiny for a person will be āhunted forā if they partook specifically to get a shiny Pokemon, whereas someone who just happened to be playing at that time might vote āby chanceā ^^
That being said, Iāll probably add a couple more options to cover more experiences! Such as āYes, I received one in a tradeā or āyes, but I donāt remember how I got itā
