Workout of the Day
Didnt put yesterdays here so im gonna include it.
Monday wasn't feeling like doing anything, I was just going to stay home when I realized its the beginning of the week and I have to. Got up and went to the park to just walk but ended up doing 20 push ups on each lap and then 40 at the end of the workout which came out a total of 100.
Today. Was so much better than yesterday. I slept well, woke up, went to get groceries for the next two weeks. Then spent the afternoon doing my daily walk and in between these sets
20 push ups 3x
20 ball slams 3x
60 second plank
Im feeling amazing.

Im done eating for tonight... after this im going to bed, no midnight snacks. We got this.

Decided to do something new today, packed the medicine ball and the battle ropes into the car and went to the park. Walked around for a bit and then did my usual circuits.
10 push ups x3
10 calf raises x3
10 ball slams x3
30 seconds battle ropes x3
Final lap around the park and after went twice as hard.
20 push ups
20 calf raises
20 ball slams
60 seconds battle ropes
Will probably just do the walk tomorrow, im gonna check if I can get video from my workout this morning so I can post them.

Initial Reaction: 10 years old. I was at my baby sitter's house and one of her son's who was also my age showed me the casette box to which I asked if they can put it on. Needless to say I was hooked when I watched the kills. Later, my mom was shocked that I liked these movies when I wanted to rent numbers 3 and 4 at the video store. I might have been too young for them.
Favorite kill scene: The bloody geyser when Glen is pulled into his bed and blood comes out and shoots through the ceiling.
